If this fails, please make sure of the following:
- Make sure you pressed the sensor button for about 3 seconds.
- If there is no status light, make sure you inserted the batteries correctly. If the status light remains dark even when properly inserting new batteries, your sensor button might be defective. In that case please contact our support.
- If the status light turned orange but extinguished after a few seconds, please make sure that the batteries are still good.
